2. What we process and why

Network updates (newsletter). Email address, time of subscription and the page you subscribed on. Purpose: sending updates about the Workandsun network. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@workandsun.com.

eloom SAFT refund requests. Name, email address, SAFT reference number, and, if you provide them, investment amount, wallet address and your message. Purpose: identifying your SAFT agreement, processing your refund request and contacting you about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request in connection with a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in an orderly settlement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Emails. If you write to us, we process your message and contact details to answer it.

3. Who has access

Form submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Only the Workandsun team can read them. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf: Base44 (website hosting and database), Cloudflare (domain name service, network security and delivery) and Google Workspace (email). Some of these providers are located outside the EU. Transfers are covered by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Refund request data until the refund process is completed, and afterwards only as long as statutory retention or the defence of legal claims requires.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform stores technically necessary values in your browser's local storage so the site works correctly.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to info@workandsun.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
